Aluminum phosphate (AlPO4) is a promising oxidation-resistant and weak interface for ceramic-matrix composites. In this research, AlPO4 coating was deposited on mullite fibers by an improved liquid-phase method based on electrostatic attraction. A cationic polyelectrolyte, polyethylenimine (PEI), was used for surface modification of mullite fibers. The formation process, phase evolution and microstructure of the coating were studied. The zeta potential of AlPO4 particles, PEI-adsorbed AlPO4 particles, and PEI-adsorbed mullite particles was characterized to find the proper pH value for improving electrostatic attraction. The obtained AlPO4 coating was porous and continuous, whose thickness could be controlled by multiple coating cycles. The relatively low calcination temperature (600 or 1000 °C) was a useful heat treatment method to develop bonding between coating and fiber as well as reduce the fiber strength degradation. The phase transformations of AlPO4 have little volume change, and cristobalite AlPO4 is thermal compatible with mullite. Therefore, the coating structure was preserved after calcining at 1200 °C. The technique is also applicable for other fibers contained mullite phase to fabricate high-performance AlPO4 coated mullite/mullite composites.  相似文献

为了解决烧成系统不稳定,操作控制困难,对煤质的适应性差,存在安全、环保隐患,系统能耗高等问题,在保留原预热器框架不变的情况下,加大了C1旋风筒上部直筒段及涡壳,重新设置了C2、C3、C4旋风筒导流板,重新设计了C5旋风筒涡壳,并改造了相应的连接风管和下料管,更换了锁风翻板阀和撒料箱。同时将带流化床的管道式离线分解炉改为在线喷旋管道式分解炉,并对三次风管进行了改造,三次风从分解炉锥部单股旋切引入。本次技术改造实现了原定的各项技改目标,取得了良好的节能降耗效果。  相似文献

The solvate and the solvent‐free form of sulfadiazine (SD) were investigated. SD was found to exist in one solvent‐free form and the N‐methylpyrrolidone (NMP) solvate form. The NMP solvate was shown to be a channel‐type compound. The intrinsic properties of the solvents were used to evaluate the effects of solubility on the phase transformation of SD and the NMP solvate. The SD phase could transform to the NMP solvate by NMP‐mediated phase transformation, which was governed by crystallization of the NMP solvate. The crystalline NMP solvate could transform to the solvent‐free solid state through solid‐solid transformation upon heating or water penetration‐mediated phase transformation. The rate of this water penetration‐mediated phase transformation of the NMP solvate to SD was unusually fast. It can be used to obtain SD aggregates of well‐defined shape and good powder properties.  相似文献

A novel composite of 12 mol% CeO2-stablized tetragonal ZrO2 reinforced with Al2O3 whiskers (designated as Ce-TZP/Aw) has been prepared and studied in this work. The objective of this investigation was to systematically study the influence of whisker-aspect-ratio on the densification behaviors, microstructure evolution, and mechanical properties of Ce-TZP/Aw composite. Results showed that the sintered density of composite increased and the grain growth tended to diminish with the decrease in whisker aspect radio. Both the fracture toughness and flexural strength reached maximum values of 475 ± 12 MPa and 11.4 ± 0.2 MPa m1/2, respectively at a whisker aspect ratio of about 12. It was also observed that the fracture toughness, flexural strength and tetragonal to monoclinic ZrO2 transformation of the dual-phase composite exhibited similar variation trend as a function of the whisker-aspect-ratio, which suggested that the stress-induced phase transformation should be the main toughening and strengthening mechanism in the Ce-TZP/Aw composite.  相似文献

为了得到时间更短加载效果相同的加速耐久性试验载荷谱,提出了基于多参数特征保留的载荷谱编辑方法。该方法同时考虑载荷谱的损伤、功率谱密度以及统计参数等信息,对零部件载荷谱的时间进行压缩。以汽车悬架螺旋弹簧的载荷谱为例,采用该方法进行缩减,同时从多个参数特征方面与传统的基于损伤保留的编辑方法所得到的载荷谱进行对比。为了进一步验证编辑效果,采用编辑谱和原始谱对弹簧进行疲劳仿真。结果表明,该方法能够有效缩短汽车零部件的载荷谱,可得到与原始载荷谱具有相同加载效果的编辑载荷谱。  相似文献

利用气雾化法制备高硅铝合金粉末,采用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)等现代测试手段,分析快速凝固高硅铝合金不同粒度粉末微观组织和结构特征,研究在不同加热温度和保温时间条件下针状富铁相的转变特性及β-Si相的粗化行为。结果表明:快速凝固高硅铝合金组织主要以基体上分布有大量细小的颗粒状和针状相为特征,合金粉末在加热过程中,随着温度的升高和保温时间的延长,颗粒β-Si相有粗化趋势,针状非平衡富铁相转变为棒状或颗粒状平衡相。通过台阶式连续加热模拟试验可获得针状相基本消失且颗粒β-Si相未发生明显粗化的组织。  相似文献

Based on multiphase field conception and integrated with the idea of vectorvalued phase field, a phase field model for typical allotropic transformation of solid solution is proposed. The model takes the non-uniform distribution of grain boundaries of parent phase and crystal orientation into account in proper way, as being illustrated by the simulation of austenite to ferrite transformation in low carbon steel. It is found that the misorientation dependent grain boundary mobility shows strong influence on the formation of ferrite morphology comparing with the weak effect exerted by misorientation dependent grain boundary energy. The evolution of various types of grain boundaries are quantitatively characterized in terms of its respective grain boundary energy dissipation. The simulated ferrite fraction agrees well with the expectation from phase diagram, which verifies this model.  相似文献

Ingestion of engineered nanomaterials (ENMs) is inevitable due to their widespread utilization in the agrifood industry. Safety evaluation has become pivotal to identify the consequences on human health of exposure to these ingested ENMs. Much of the current understanding of nanotoxicology in the gastrointestinal tract (GIT) is derived from studies utilizing pristine ENMs. In reality, agrifood ENMs interact with their microenvironment, and undergo multiple physicochemical transformations, such as aggregation/agglomeration, dissolution, speciation change, and surface characteristics alteration, across their life cycle from synthesis to consumption. This work sieves out the implications of ENM transformations on their behavior, stability, and reactivity in food and product matrices and through the GIT, in relation to measured toxicological profiles. In particular, a strong emphasis is given to understand the mechanisms through which these transformations can affect ENM induced gut nanotoxicity.  相似文献

利用小型固定床实验台实验研究了铁氧化物在典型流化床温度和CO还原性气氛下的形态迁移及其生成物对NO的催化还原作用,采用分级还原结合X射线衍射(XRD)表征分析,确定铁氧化物与CO和NO反应后生成物的价态及各种铁氧化物对NO的还原机制。结果表明,Fe2O3在实验条件下可依次被CO还原为Fe3O4、FeO和单质铁,反应过程中随着还原度的增加,还原速率逐级下降,从Fe2O3还原到Fe3O4的速率最高,FeO还原到Fe速率最低,在实验温度范围内,床温升高有利于提高Fe2O3到Fe3O4的还原速率和还原度。不同形态的铁氧化物对NO的催化还原特性不同,Fe2O3及其部分还原后生成的Fe3O4都不能直接与NO反应,Fe2O3对CO催化还原NO的效果很弱,而Fe3O4对CO还原NO的反应却有很强的催化作用,而进一步还原生成FeO与单质铁还可直接与NO反应。  相似文献
